Do you remember a time in your life where you felt disconnection, uncertain about your identity post-motherhood, or felt a struggle with depression. I have been there feeling this deep yearning for spiritual connection and this overwhelming need for connection with like-minded souls, who understood the struggle.
Healing circles have been transformative for me, fostering growth, evolution, and trust in my path. Now, as I share my knowledge and Energy Healing practices, I realize why this path chose me. My background as an educator, practitioner of natural therapies, and navigating personal challenges has laid the foundation to guide, nurture, and support through healing circles.
Stepping into a women's circle for the first time can feel a bit out of your comfort zone but there is something magical about the profound sense of connection with like-minded souls, a safe space to share your story, laughter, and tears.

I took my first step into a women’s healing circle during a time of disconnection, uncertainty about my identity post-motherhood, and a struggle with depression. Yearning for spiritual connection.
