As a busy mum and former teacher who has faced burnout, stress, and anxiety, I bring my whole self into this work. Every client I meet, every service I provide, is an opportunity to share the tools and wisdom I've gathered along my path.
This is my way of giving back, of helping others find the balance and joy that holistic healing has brought to my life.
Welcome to Magnolia Healing
When I first began this journey, I was in a state of deep burnout. I felt lost, unable to find joy outside of my roles as a mother and supporter of my family. My life had become a cycle of work and caregiving, leaving no room for hobbies, friendships, or personal fulfillment.
Intuitively, I was guided to explore ways to support my own health and well-being.
This led me to study aromatherapy, practice yoga, meditation, Reiki, and crystal therapy, which in turn opened up my energy healing abilities.
At the time, I had no idea that these steps were leading me towards starting a business. Each little nudge from my intuition was guiding me to a path where I would be supporting others on their healing journey.
Aromatherapy, Reiki, and other holistic practices were my lifeline
There were numerous moments where I felt unheard and unseen by medical professionals, in relationships, and in the workplace.
As I explored holistic therapies, I realised I no longer wanted to numb the symptoms. I knew I needed to address the root cause of my struggles by doing the inner work.
These experiences deepened my empathy and understanding, allowing me to truly listen and connect with my clients when they share their vulnerabilities.
I know firsthand how difficult it can be to trust and share uncomfortable feelings, as I once bottled up and numbed my emotions until they overwhelmed me mentally and physically.
Ignited by my own journey through burnout and the transformative power of natural therapies.
I wanted to support people like me, offering them the tools to bring clarity, focus, and peace to their mind, body, and spirit. I believed in the potential of these therapies to open the door to joy, love, and balance in our lives.
I didn't set out to start a business, but rather, it evolved organically as I followed my intuition and dedicated myself to continuous learning and growth. Magnolia Healing is a reflection of my personal healing journey, and a testament to the power of holistic practices.
Learning and practicing these healing tools empowered me to move through discomfort and learn to love and express myself authentically. It brought me joy and passion in my work, and balance in my life and energy.
